Bengaluru, NFAPost: Leading IT services provider 3i Infotech is hiring 500 techies more to ramp up headcount at its newly set-up business process services (BPS) in Hyderabad.

“The fresh hiring over the next 2 months for our BPS division will enable us to offer voice-based solutions to our customers,” said the Mumbai-based company in a statement on Friday.

The hiring will be through social, digital platforms and offline initiatives. “We are adopting a unique approach being on wheels to attract the right talent,” said the statement.

Building on its legacy offerings, the company will use voice-based model to ensure 20 per cent cost savings for its customers.

The offerings will include Application, Automation & Analytics Services (AAA) through in-house or partners to customers retail, e-commerce, telecom, BFSI, media and entertainment and manufacturing.

“We have seen a surge in organisations adopting automation and digitization due to the onslaught of the pandemic,” said company’s managing director Thompson P Gnanam.

The BPS arm’s has come up with a solution that will be a game-changer and a disruptor in the outsourcing space, both domestic and international.

The company has introduced differentiators to set new benchmarks in the industry, which will be a first in the country’s outsourcing space.

“We want to offer customers the best. Our investment in the new facility at Hyderabad will open up avenues and create an ecosystem for talent innovation and newer possibilities,” said company’s BPS global delivery head Amitabh Vartak.

With domain expertise in diverse verticals, including BFSI (banking, financial services and insurance), healthcare, manufacturing, retain and government, the 28-year-old company has 4,500 employees in 15 countries the world over.

Besides in India, the company has clients in North America, Asia-Pacific, West Asia and Saudi Arabia./eom/290 words.
